Sankalpa: An Alchemic Yoga Immersion

Practice is the key that unlocks Yoga’s potential to transform your body, your mind, and most importantly, your life.” – Yogarupa Rod Stryker

A skillful teacher holds space for you to experience the practice both on the mat and the residual effect off the mat. A consistent practice will improve the way you look, think and feel. It will transform the relationships you have with friends, family, colleagues and yourself. It will support the clarity needed to help you find your path, to progress with a greater sense of peace and fulfillment.

Sankalpa: An Alchemic Yoga Immersion blends asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, visualization, yogic lifestyle, and energetic work. The immersion offers 130 hours of technique and philosophy, learned from my studies with Rod Stryker (founder of ParaYoga), Judith Lasater (founder of Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga), Katheryn Templeton (founder of Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist program), Cyndi Lee (founder of the OM Yoga) , and John Immel (founder of Joyful Belly). I am honored to share this knowledge with you to deepen your practice and illuminate your path.

The curriculum runs on Tuesdays from March to December with breaks for all school holidays including Spring Break, Easter, Summer and Thanksgiving. The format allows ample time to practice and can be integrated into flexible work schedules and home life.

In this intimate group format we will develop the teacher-student relationship: to create personal adaptations, develop your self-trust, enlighten your inner knowledge and become the person you are mean to be.

Sankalpa: An Alchemic Yoga Immersion is structured in accordance with Yoga Alliance Requirements. Additionally, if you wish to become a Registered Yoga teacher this immersion’s hours count towards my 200 Hour Teacher Training Program.
