This is a 2 hour workshop to help you understand how to optimize your digestion and address common imbalances by understanding your own constitution and which foods best suit you and the season. How to support your organs through the taste of our foods and to stimulate the your bodys ability to process what you put in it and how to use herbs and your yoga practice to support you.

We each have a unique constitution, a combination of air, water, fire and earth and that denotes how we function, look and feel.
By understanding our contitution we can make choices that suit and support us optimizing our energy and productivity as well as counteracting the way we feel when we are out of sorts whether it shows up as anger, anxiety or lethargy.
By understanding who we are we can better make lifestyle choices that make us feel balanced rather than tired or stressed.

Yoga nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses (pratyahara) with four senses internalised, that is, withdrawn, and only hearing still connects to any instructions given. The goals of both yogic paths, yoga nidra and meditation are the same, a state of meditative consciousness called samadhi.
It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. In lucid dreaming, one is only, or mainly, cognizant of the dream environment, and has little or no awareness of one's actual environment.
