We have begun to realize that there is no one size fits all approach to well-being and growth. We each have particular needs, unique talents as well as highly individual digestive personalities. ‘Body Type ‘ is the central focus of personal trainers and dieticians in order to achieve real results.
Convenience living has ignored real needs and in return we have become a little detached from the rhythms of nature both in and around us. As a result, many of us suffer. We are prone to anxiety, insomnia, bloating and feeling lethargic after meals, we may have lower back pain, allergies, rashes, ulcers or something much more uncomfortable.
Through the rest of this year Andrea is offering 3 workshop experiences and a Fall cleanse. Each portion will address a different aspect of self-care, offering mat and breathing practices, cooking experiences, home remedies, self-massage, aromatherapy, herbology, tongue reading and an introduction to astrology, all as tools for your well-being. Each topic will be explained in terms of how to use them to suit your particular body type for real and optimal results that work.
Each weekend is a perfect combination of enjoyable hands on experiences and learning for take home life long practices that make a difference. Or they can be combined for an enriching addition to anyone wanting to bring a more natural approach to nourishment and their homes.
These modules also count as continued education hours for yoga teachers.
